Since 1997, I have has handled a wide range of lawsuits, from inception through trial. If you are looking to have long-term relationships with your lawyer, you have come to the right place. I am aggressive and provide flat fees for foreclosures. Unlike other attorneys, who run their law firms like mills, your case will be handled personally by me.
The economy contracted drastically in 2008. Unfortunately, many of my clients started approaching me about their foreclosure problems. I realized that I can help them stay in their homes.
I represent homeowners facing foreclosure throughout New York City, Long Island and Westchester County. Here is how I can help you:
- Inform you of your legal rights during foreclosure
- Provide affordable legal fees
- Stay in your home and possibly avoid foreclosure.
Whether you have a job and keep up with your payments or you are unemployed, I can help you.
I received my law degree (J.D) from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1996 and my B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany in 1990. I studied law at the University of London at Kensington via the Detroit-Mercy School of Law in the fall of 1995. I am admitted to practice law in both state and federal courts of the State of New York. I am a member of the New York County Lawyers Association.
